Returns and Exchanges

We hope you always love your purchases, but just in case, here are some tips:

All sale items, undergarments, gift certificates and custom or special order items are NOT RETURNABLE.

Returns for other merchandise purchased ONLINE are accepted within 14 days of our ship date, for a full refund or store credit. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.

Please note that in-store purchases are exchange or store credit only.

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached and in original packaging.

You must contact us by email or phone for a return authorization number before shipping your item.

Return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of the date on your receipt. We cannot guarentee anything not shipped by us, so its always a good idea to insure your package.

If you would like to EXCHANGE your item, we will happily ship the replacement at NO SHIPPING CHARGE.
