so i woke up being snuggled between two warm little bodies.  my husband's way of 'waking up' the boys is to pluck them out of their beds and snuggle them into mine.  sometimes i get trapped between them.  i really don't mind.  but as i started to really wake, i noticed something.. all the windows glowed 'rosy' through the pale paper blinds.  curiosity got me out of bed and this is what i found out my east facing bedroom window:

now this instagram doesn't really do it justice, but you get the picture.  my 3 year old is really into sunsets and sunrises so he had to come join in the oooohing and aaaahing too!

so that inspired me to wear a little color today instead of my usual black/charcoal winter uniform and i instantly reached for this awesome pink/red striped sweater from NEW SCOTLAND.  it is the softest, lightest cashmere, and i just love it!  btw there is one left on the sale rack, i think its a large...

and i pulled out my vintage SIR ALISTAIR RAJ karma scarf for a little boho flare.  i noticed adorable BEN POREMBA of SALUME BEDDU and ELAIA & OLIO fame wearing his in the ALIVE BUZZ LIST too

and then i remembered these awesome 'rose colored glasses' (sunglasses actually)  we just got in from MICHAEL STARS.  i'm super excited about this new accessory line from Michael Stars!

 at less than $100 i think these will be a go-to accessory!

so when i got here this morning i turned on my favorite Pandora station 'LA VIE EN ROSE' from Madeleine Peyroux, and everythings feeling ROSY here at lusso!
